These terms relate to the website only. The provision and use of the Jackie product is governed by separate commercial agreements between Auxilis and the organisations that deploy it. Nothing in these terms confers any rights or obligations with respect to the Jackie product.

Permitted use of this Site

The deployment and use of Jackie are governed by separate written agreements between Auxilis AI Ltd and the contracting organisation (typically a GP practice, PCN, or NHS body). Those agreements contain the terms that apply to product access, SLAs, data processing, clinical governance, and commercial arrangements.

Nothing on this Site — including any pricing page, feature description, or marketing claim — constitutes an offer, representation, or warranty that forms part of any such agreement unless explicitly confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of Auxilis AI Ltd.
